Training for a Marathon

There are no shortcuts.  Be consistent and take one step at a time.
Continuous Improvement is like training for a marathon.

Training can be tedious, repetitive, and exhausting.

It takes a large investment of time and at times you will question your sanity.

You begin to question why.

Why take one more step.

This is far enough.

I have so much further to go.

Focus on the mile you are on.

Realize that each step, although small, adds up in the end.

Each step matters.  You just have to take them.

You may not want to but it is how you improve over time. Your progress is not lost it is a part of the journey to long-term success.

There are no shortcuts.  Be consistent and take one step at a time.
