Clear All from Email {Outlook Quick Steps Series}

Outlook gives you the ability to create memorized actions called Quick Steps. One helpful Quick Step you can create is to mark an email read with no flags or categories set.  Using this Quick Step, you can clear everything from one email or using the combination of Ctrl/Shift you can select multiple emails to apply this action too. This Quick Step is best when using the Move Old Emails macro which is looking for complete emails to move out of your inbox. Leverage & Lean is doing a series of Outlook Quick Steps tutorials because there are so many actions you can create using Quick Steps.  Think of Quick Steps as a toolbox that you add tools to over time.  Leverage & Lean is here to help fill your Outlook toolbox!
