Raising a baby is similar to creating the perfect process.

Both require a large up-front investment to dictate behavior in the future. With the proper attention to detail you can influence positive behaviors and results.

If the results aren’t great and mistakes are made try not to point the blame elsewhere. Your process is going to grow with or without you.
