Obsessed with being Wrong

To improve you need to be obsessed with being wrong.
To continue improving you need to constantly question if you are right.  In other words, you need to obsess with being wrong.

The process is going fast enough…wrong.

Each step is easy to understand…wrong.

Everything seems to be working…wrong.

We are being efficient and effective…WRONG!

An obsession with being wrong isn’t about developing a paranoia that nothing is working.  The idea is you shouldn’t close the door on potential improvements just because the solution isn’t easy to see.

Not all enhancements will be apparent at first look.

You need to ask questions to get a more in-depth view.

You only question things when you believe there is an opportunity to improve.

To improve you need to be obsessed with being wrong.
